PEF yarn is a differentiated functional fiber made from 100% in-house bio-based PEF chips. It fully retains the core functions of PEF material, including inherent antibacterial and anti-dust-mite properties, durable cool touch, and intrinsic UV protection. With a soft hand feel, it can be spun pure or blended/interwoven with polyester, cotton, viscose, and other fibers. It provides fabric mills and apparel brands with a durable functional solution that does not rely on finishing auxiliaries, maintains performance without degradation after washing, and can still be included in the polyester recycling system after disposal—meeting sustainable supply chain requirements.

Regular DTY specifications include 75D, 150D, and 200D, covering semi-dull and full-dull, heavy intermingled and light intermingled, and high-elastic and low-elastic types. Customization is supported based on customers’ fabric weight, hand feel, and functional requirements.

For fabric mills and trading customers, we offer small-batch sampling, test report support, and stable bulk supply. We support joint R&D and OEM/private-label cooperation. A dedicated technical team assists customers with downstream process validation, including textile, dyeing, and finishing, helping shorten new product development cycles and reduce overall development and validation costs for functional fabrics.
