Polyester DTY yarns are used for weaving and knitting fabrics for making clothes, home furnishings, seat covers, bags, and many other textile products. They can be obtained in various colors using dope dyed technology or conventionally.Black DTY fabric is a type of stretchy, textured fabric that’s made from a continuous filament yarn that’s drawn and twisted. It has several important properties that make it ideal for use in form-fitting clothing and textiles.Polyester Drawn Textured Yarn (DTY) is a yarn that has been processed to introduce durable crimps, twists or loops in the filaments. This results in a fabric with greater bulk and stretch than unprocessed yarns, as well as improved abrasion resistance and drape.Black Slight Intermingled DTY Fabric is a versatile textile that can be used in a variety of applications. Its high tenacity means it can handle tough environments that would stress conventional multi-filaments to the limit, and it is resistant to wrinkling, shrinking, pilling and color fade.
This textured polyester yarn is made from Polyester POY, which is the first form of polyester that comes directly from PTA &  It then goes for texturizing where it gets its final form of a yarn that can be used to weave and knit fabrics. This textured polyester yarn can be made with several combination of intermingling points that are Non-Intermingle (NIM) having 0 - 10 knots/meter or Semi-Intermingle (SIM) having 40 - 50 knots/meter or High-Intermingle (HIM) having 100 – 120 knots/meter.DTY yarn is made by texturizing polyester POY, which is a process that gives the fibers greater stretch and elasticity. This makes it ideal for knit fabrics, which are often tight-fitting and require a high degree of stretch. This yarn can be dyed in a wide range of colors, making it easy to create clothing and other textiles that will match any style. It also holds up well to wear and tear, which is important for apparel and home textiles.
Black slight intermingled DTY fabric is a durable and versatile textile, and it is becoming increasingly popular for fashion apparel applications. Its stretch and recovery properties make it ideal for form-fitting garments, while its deep color is perfect for creating dramatic styles. The fabric is also very soft, which helps it feel like a natural fiber. This makes it an excellent option for activewear and loungewear. Additionally, it is a sustainable textile, as it uses less water and chemicals during production than cotton or polyester.Unlike cotton or wool, Black DTY Yarn has a soft and luxurious feel. Moreover, it is extremely lightweight and durable. These qualities make it ideal for a variety of applications, including garments and home textiles.DTY is acquired when Polyester (POY) yarns are simultaneously twisted and drawn. DTY is used to produce fabrics for clothing, home furnishings, seat covers, and bags.
It is available in several colors by the dope dyed technology or conventional dyeing. The color-dyed DTY is packed on paper bobbins while raw white DTY that will be colored is loosely packaged on plastic bobbins to allow it to easily be dyed when needed. DTY is also available in Semi Dull, Full Dull, Catonic, and Bright variations depending on the kind of areas of filaments.  The color of the fabric is determined by the process of texturizing, which involves heating and stretching the yarn to create texture. This gives the yarn a soft, stretchy feel and durable color that won’t fade. It’s also light enough to be woven into many different types of apparel and home textile fabrics. The most common type of DTY yarn is polyester draw textured yarn. This yarn is made from partially oriented polyester (POY) that has been texturized using a process called hot drawing, twisting, thermosetting, and de-twisting. This processing creates durable crimps, interlaces, loops, and fine distortions along the length of the filaments. The yarn can then be dyed using either dope or conventional dyeing technology. It can be packed in paper bobbins or loosely packed on perforated plastic tube so that it will easily dye when dipped. This allows the yarn to be quickly and efficiently produced for mass production of fashion and home textiles.
